We had a huge problem Max and his crew came out and fixed it all in the same day. They have worked with my insurance company for me to get some of this covered. I would highly recommend this company family owned and operated.

I called on a Friday night to 3 other 24 hour business and no one return my call I waited all night with An active leak, I called Windy City rooter and got the owner of the company and he put me right on the schedule. Thanks again for everything I would use them again. P.S one company called back on a Monday asking if I still need an appointment.

Twice we have called Windy City Rooter to come out and fix a plumbing issue. The first time was on a Sunday night and the second time was on the 4th of July. We had no issue getting things fixed quickly and affordably. They are friendly and have done a great job at fixing the problem.

I will recommend this company to everyone, this is the only company I have come across that gives free estimates! Very affordable, most other companies would charge more just to come out and look.im so happy I found windy city rooters!

This is my second time using Windy City. Our pump went out during some heavy rain and we had water coming in through the basement wall. We called Windy City and Joe arrived at our house within 1 hour. He had us up and running quickly, minimizing damage from the water seeping in. Everyone I dealt with was professional and accommodating. They made a difficult situation far less stressful and I highly recommend this company.
