Plumbing/Sewer Service Techs: Base Pay + 5% Commissions

Tired of being undervalued and underpaid? Work for a busy service and repair plumbing & sewer company with a working owner in the field every day.
  • Earn a base pay plus 5% commission with no deductions (except taxes) the week you sell the job. Get paid for your hard work—simple and transparent.
  • Work with new trucks and state-of-the-art equipment to help you perform efficiently.
  • Must have excellent customer service, troubleshooting skills, and a clean driving record.
  • Own hand tools and prior experience required; we provide the rest!

Sewer and Water Installation Laborers: $30.00+ per hour

Seeking career-minded laborers for a busy service and repair company. Year-round work with benefits.
  • Good driving record required; CDL preferred but not necessary.
  • OSHA 10–30 preferred but not necessary.
  • Trench safety and pipe installation experience preferred. Heavy equipment experience (backhoe, skidsteer) is a plus.
  • Great starting pay: $30.00+ per hour (depending on experience; limited/no experience may start lower).
  • Some overtime may be required.

Plumber: Up to $100,000 a Year

Are you a skilled plumber looking for a new challenge? Do you have a valid Illinois plumbing license and a clean driving record? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for an experienced, licensed Illinois plumber who can:

  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record!!!
  • If you are a Plumber’s Apprentice, we also want to meet with you!!!
