Max for the win again! Being a young home owner i always try to fix what i can by myself! Lastnight i unfortunately couldnt fix my issue fully! James came out for what I thought was a leaking pipe in my bathroom and realized it was a cracked faucet. I went and purchased a new one And they promptly came out the next day and installed it. Would highly recommend and use again for any plumbing issues.

I had an outside defective drain tite that needed to be replaced and and it meant jack hammering my floor in the basement to the sump pump. I was awed at how clean it was when they left. Every courtesy was used from putting plastic down so my rug would not get dirty to cleaning up when they were done. Cort and his group were awesome, always on time and cleaned up the outside beautifully before they left. As for price they were more than fair. I have them at the top of my list for any plumbing issues. Thank you Windy City for everything. Judy

We had a wonderful experience with Windy City Rooter! I called 4 plumbers when our garbage disposal was so clogged the water came up the other sink and took forever to drain. Windy City Rooter had the quickest response time. Shannon arrived as promised, explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. He was in and out in less than an hour. He fixed the problem and left no mess. We highly recommend Shannon and Windy City Rooter!

I was able to get work done by WCR twice. Once for a sewer line repair and the other for a sink leak repair. Both times they were able to respond to my calls quickly. Max even came to my house to check out my sewer line after office hours. He was professional and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable trusting him to do a good job. That goes to the teams that came out for the repairs as well. They were all down to earth guys that knew what they were doing as well as being respectful and efficient. Windy City Rooter was a great experience. Shannon came to our place to fix a sink that was in desperate need of repair during quarantine. Not only was he able to identify the issues quickly, but he spent a significant amount of his day going to multiple hardware stores to find the right parts. Not an easy task with everything going on in the world. I couldn't have been more appreciative and would definitely hire them again.
