Since first hiring them in 2018, theyve replaced a septic tank, years later I had new pipes in the house, theyve repaired a water main break and lately they installed a French drain tile system. I was trying at my friend's house when their basement flooded on a weekend. She called WINDY CITY and Brian was the technician. They came 1st thing in the morning! My friend was so stressed bc of the flooding, but by the time they were finished, she had a huge smile on her face!

Max and his crew were very responsive. They came and started work that same day. Max went above and beyond to help us with the emergency situation and remodel at my mother-in-laws home. Ive never met a contractor like Max who really cares about his clients. He was a God send. I will use him in my home in the future, and will recommend him to anyone who asks. Thank you to everyone at Windy City Rooter!!! Max is great. His crew installed a sewer clean out in our front yard today and buried our gutter downspouts. They are very professional and we will use them again. You wont be disappointed if you hire Max and his crew.

Had a very large for flooding problem in my backyard. Max and his crew came out drew up a great plan cut through all the red tape at the village got the permits and did the work. Everything came out great very accommodating did everything they said they would and then some. Would recommend them very highly.
