The team at Windy City Rooter are professional, courteous, timely, and above all do excellent work for a fair price. I have used them a number of times over the last two years and I have nothing but good things to say about Windy City Rooter, there's no one else I would trust with our plumbing.

Alan was great! He gave a thorough free estimate of what it would take to reroute all my home pipe lines to the municipal city line. He discussed how a video inspection of the main sewage line would work and cost, as well as the costs of replacing the water heater. Thanks Alan! I plan to use his expertise in the future.

The team at Windy City Rooter are great. They are very professional, respectful, and showed real empathy for our situation. We had a problem with our city sewer line. Max and his team identified the problem and worked directly with the city to get the sewer line fixed. They also helped us out of another jam when we had flooding in our basement stairwell. They responded immediately to pump out the water and setup sandbags and pumps to control any further flooding until they could come back and fix the issue with the drainage. They advised us on the correct way to route the drain, something that two previous plumbers could not (or did not) do properly. These guys will be our go-to plumbers moving forward. I highly recommend them.

Windy City Rooter are the best. I have no regrets about using them. They went above and beyond to repair my sewer problems. Out of all the plumbers I called (their were many) I don't think any of them would have done a better job. Being a single female and African American homeowner I have to be very careful because contractors are always trying to take advantage. But Max did not. He kept his word and his guys did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Windy City to everyone I know. Thanks so much guys. You rock.

Max and his team are amazing. My mom has a small condo with a water heater. Every other company wanted 2-4 times the cost to replace due to the water heaters location. Max came out and advised me what I could do to keep cost down. (Remove cabinet doors myself! So easy.) On the day of service, Mike and his partner came to do the work. It was not easy, but they were professional and did an amazing job. As a woman, I have been talked down to by service professionals so many times. Everyone from Windy City Rooter was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them on my own home and recommending them to everyone who need services. Also big thank you yo Karlee & Tara who helped make this happen on a tight timeline with a difficult condo association.

Excellent! We had a pipe burst on Christmas day. Today of all days! I called about 30 plumbers trying to get someone out, realizing that I'm not the only home affected by a burst pipe. Max and his son called me back and were able to come to me within 1 hr. All the way from McHenry, I live near norridge in Cook! They not only were incredibly fair at pricing, but extremely professional and treated us like family offering us tips to avoid future instances. Without them, our Christmas dinner would have never been able to happen. Thank you Max and Joseph. We will definitely be using and recommending you for all future needs. Max takes a ton of pride in his work and his crew, whenever we had to talk through an issue he was willing to hear our side and we always came to the right conclusion, work was done on time and to our satisfaction. His crew and staff are polite and courteous. While we hope to not have anymore plumbing issues, if we do, Windy city rooter will be our go to!

Max, Joe, Keith, Gavin, Leland, Evan, Danny, Victor! Our heroes! Windy City Rooter identified and solved a sewer pipe issue that 3 other major plumbing companies could not see or diagnose! This Windy City team worked so hard: intense labor digging/stones/concrete in scorching heat for 3 days. The guys arrived on time, worked hard with smiles, very polite and patient with my constant questions. Max interfaced with the city, permit, inspectors, et al. I believe my Circa 1895 building is on the road to drying out forever! Thank you all for making this monumental event so much less traumatizing. Don't even waste any time or money calling anyone else. Just call Max & his team to get it done, once & right! I had an emergency. My Hot Water tank exploded and my basement was like a swimming pool. I called Windy City Rooter and explained my problem and came out and took care of my problem. Great job and they left my basement spot less.
