This man Alan did a outstanding job for me. He came to do one job and also did another job I asked him to. He fixed my 6 month old water softener and now it works.

We have been out of water for 4 days. Our landlord was dragging her feet and lying to us about when this company would be here. My fiancee called them and Max spoke with him and explained the confusion. The fault was on my landlord soley. He was extremely understanding and helpful and came out with his son to fix this even though they were short staffed that evening. He showed more compassion and helpfulness than my landlord has ever showed us. He explained things clearly and gave us helpful recommendations on next steps we can take for healthy clean water. There are still good people in this world and Max and his son are shining examples. I will always be grateful to them and highly recommend them to anyone.

When Windy City Rooter arrived they were very professional. All of my questions they answered immediately, with kind faces! When I saw my yard in the middle of the project I didnt think it would turned out as great as it did! They are a hard working group of men that will get the job done right! When your sewer backs up it is an emergency. Windy City was quick to answer the phone in our time of need, and even quicker to arrive on the scene. They came in less than an hour, and started working on the issue immediately. The owner, Max, came back himself the next day to continue trying to solve the problem. When the digging started Windy City was clean and efficient. And when the village got involved for an unforeseen issue, Max stood up for us and handled the situation professionally. With regard to price, Max was fair and honest. I would recommend Windy City for any and all your plumbing needs.
