From something simple like a switch on our well pump, to digging up and repairing an underground pipe leak, their technicians are able to diagnose and fix a problem in very short order. We had to find a plumber quickly when we found a gas leak and our gas was turned off by Nicor. We chose Windy City based on all of the favorable reviews and their service area. We couldnt be more pleased with our choice. They responded immediately and fixed the gas problem quickly. We requested that they look at a sewage issue which led to finding a collapsed line to our septic tank. They quickly sent a crew of 5 guys to dig up and replace the line. We developed an appreciation for there professionalism, quality of work, and fair pricing. We decided to have them replace old water and sewer lines to our 2nd floor bathroom, and then remodel the entire bathroom. This lead to painting several rooms throughout the house. We were assigned Larry as our project manager. He was on top of the work at all time and provided constant communication. Their work was first class and was preformed in a timely manner.

Great service! I called for help with a plumbing issue and Windy City Rooter had someone out within 90 minutes for a free estimate! The office staff was very personable and compassionate, especially with all that is going on in the world. The plumber wore gloves, a face mask and shoes covers, making me feel comfortable to have them in my home in this time. He answered every single question before and even while the work was being done. Knowing nothing about plumbing, I feel like I understood what the issue was and the work that I was paying for.. WOW- absolutely impressed & pleased with WCR! They were not only professional and thorough, they also took the time to explain to me the issue and how it occurred. They were very reasonable with their pricing and finished a major repair the same day they inspected the issue. They saved me a lot of money and headache and I cannot give them enough praise. I feel confident recommending them to anyone I know. I doubt I'll ever look for anyone else when it comes to my plumbing needs!

This company is awesome!! Max the owner came out for our initial service call on a Saturday. Their response time is amazing… Less than an hour. It turned out our sump pump situation was worse than initially anticipated once Cort, one of Maxs sons came over for what we thought would just be a new pit and pump. Cort was awesome at explaining everything to me and ensuring that they could fix everything the correct way to permanently resolve our issues that we were having. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me to contact him directly if I thought of any questions after he was done. Everyone on Corts team was excellent and extremely professional. Windy City Rooter is the only company I would contact should we have any issues in the future!!
